A credit card is required on file for all new guests.

We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made within 48 hours incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. Missed appointments without notice incur a charge of 100%.

Appointments must be confirmed.

Email and text confirmations are sent two days before your appointment with a link to confirm. If we haven’t received confirmation, we’ll give you a call the evening before your appointment. Unconfirmed appointments may be canceled.
